1. Introduction
These Terms and Conditions govern the supply of landscaping and garden construction services by N Brown Landscape Construction (“we”, “us”, “our”) to the customer (“you”, “your”). By booking services or requesting a quote, you agree to these terms.

2. Services
We provide garden design, hard and soft landscaping, decking, fencing, planting, turfing, garden rooms, bespoke outdoor features and related services. We will provide services in a professional manner using suitable materials and workmanship.

3. Quotations and Acceptance
Quotes are valid for 30 days from issue unless otherwise stated. Acceptance of a quote forms a contract between you and N Brown Landscape Construction. Work will only start once a quote has been accepted and any required deposit received.

4. Payment Terms

• A deposit may be required prior to commencement.

• Final payment is due on completion of the works or as specified in the quote.

• Late payments may incur interest or fees.

5. Changes and Variations
Any changes to agreed works must be confirmed in writing. Additional costs or time may result.

6. Access and Site Conditions
You must ensure safe and reasonable access to the site. We are not responsible for delays caused by restricted access or unforeseen ground conditions.

7. Customer Responsibilities
You agree to:

• Provide necessary permissions for work.

• Inform us of any underground utilities or obstructions.

• Maintain a safe environment for our team.

8. Liability
We are insured for public liability. Except for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, our total liability is limited to the value of the services received.

9. Warranty and Aftercare
We offer workmanship guarantees as specified in your quote. Materials are subject to manufacturer warranties. Normal wear and weathering are not covered.

10. Cancellation
You may cancel with written notice. Fees may apply if work has already begun or materials have been ordered.

11. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
